Noter is an open-source notetaking app that you may type in. It can process digital images, text, and diagrams - all without a price tag and only taking little space on your computer. Tutorials will be available soon. Noter is scheduled to be an all-platform app on Windows, Mac, and Linux. It will also be available in the apple store and play store.
